- Development of two program plans (including statement of need, program description and timeline, measurable objectives and evaluation) which will serve as the basis for future grant proposals.
- Identification of five relevant foundation prospects for your organization's programs.
- Development and submission of one complete grant proposal.
- Grant program documents including:

- Grant thank you letter
- Donor stewardship report
- Copy of Impact Grantwriting Toolkit which includes general tips and resources on grant writing, program development, prospecting, and retention of foundation donors.
- One hour of telephone consulting per month for 6 months to ensure that grant program is on track and to answer any questions that come up as your organization is implementing the program.
